OUR PROJECTS

The Corvo Uranium property

The Corvo Uranium property has historical drill holes intersected multiple intervals of uranium mineralization, notably along a strike length of 800 metres between historical drill holes TL-79-3 (0.116% U3O8 over 1.05 m) and TL-79-5 (0.065% U3O8 over 0.15 m). High-grade* Uranium at Surface with the Manhattan showing (1.19 to 5.98% U3O8) and SMDI showing 2052 (0.137% U3O8 and 2,300 ppm Th).

The Sting Copper property

The Sting Copper Project covers approximately 12,700 hectares and recently had results of 54.8m at 0.32% Cu starting at a depth of 27.0m, with higher-grade intervals including six samples (≥0.5m length) ranging from 0.96% to 5.43% Cu. High grade samples of 0.5m at 2.85% Cu and 0.5m at 1.92% Cu with an additional broader interval of 31.1m at 0.27% Cu.

URANIUM market

  • SUPPLY & DEMAND IMBALANCE

In recent years, the supply deficit has been around 30 million pounds of uranium per year. The IAEA estimates annual uranium demand will rise to 238 million pounds U₃O₈ (108,000 tonnes) by 2030, further deepening the supply deficit. 4

  • RECORD BREAKING URANIUM PRICES

As of August 2024, long-term prices hit US$81/lb, the highest mark in 16-years. Furthermore, market participants are locking in contracts with ceilings of as high as US$130/lb and price floors of US$70/lb. 5

  • LEADING URANIUM PRODUCING COUNTRIES

About two-thirds of the world's production of uranium from mines is from Kazakhstan, Canada and Australia. In 2022 Kazakhstan produced the largest share of uranium from mines (43% of world supply), followed by Canada (15%) and Namibia (11%). 6

  • LEADING URANIUM CONSUMING COUNTRIES

Uranium consumption is the highest in the United States, China, and France, which are the world's leading nuclear energy producers.  In 2022, the United States was the largest uranium consuming nation worldwide, using a total of 18,050 metric tons of uranium. 7
